The ninth edition of the Malvasia Day will be held on Saturday, June 22nd on the terrace of Capofaro Locanda & Malvasia in Salina. At 6 pm conversation with Lucio Brancadoro, agronomist – Paolo Pennisi, geologist – Gabriele Cola, agronomist: an in-depth study of Malvasia delle Lipari and the elements that determine its identity and development.

At 7 pm walk-around tansting “The islands of Malvasia”: a variety, 14 different interpretations.
